体检血液标本采集质量控制及护理干预对策

摘　　要：目的探讨体检血液标本采集质量控制及护理干预对策。方法随机选择2010年3月～2011年3月(风险管理前)和2011年4月～2012年4月(风险管理后)在我院体检部的60例需要进行血液样本采集的体检者为研究对象,根据有无实施风险管理分为对照组和观察组,对照组体检者仅给予血液标本采集常规护理措施,而观察组体检者则根据经验总结血液标本采集风险种类制定的护理干预措施进行护理,比较对照组和观察组体检者风险管理前后血液样本检测结果的一致性和体检者对采血过程护理服务的满意度。结果观察组血液样本检测结果一致性和体检者对采血过程护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组体检者的,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论风险管理能够明显提高需要进行血液样本采集的体检者血液标本采集质量,提高体检者对采血过程护理服务的满意度,值得进一步推广,促进我国护理事业的快速发展。Objective To investigate the countermeasures of quality control and nursing intervention about blood specimen collection of physical examination. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of medical examination person with the need for blood sampling who were treated in physical examination department in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 and sixty cases of medical examination person with the need for blood sampling who were treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were collected. They were divided into the conventional caregroup and the nursing interventiongroup according to providing risk management. Medical examination person in the conventional caregroup weregiven conventional nursing measures and medical examination person in the nursing interventiongroup weregiven specific nursing measures on the basis of the risk management. The consistency rate of the test results of blood samples and the qualification rate for basic care of medical examination persons with the need for blood sampling were evaluated. Results The consistency rate of the test results of blood samples and the qualification rate for basic care of medical examination person were higher in the nursing interventiongroup than that in the conventional caregroup（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The risk management could effectively improve the consistency rate of the test results of blood samples and the qualification rate for basic care of medical examination persons. It was worth of clinical application to promote the rapid development of China＇s medical cause.
