摘　　要：随着工程机械不断向着大型化和轻量化的发展,工程机械用高强高韧的高强度结构用钢近年来发展迅速,需求量大,而且不断向更高强度、更高级别、更好的综合性能发展。本文结合南京钢铁股份有限公司在工程机械用高强度结构用钢方面的研究和生产状况,着重介绍工程机械用高强钢的性能要求及其生产现状,分析该类钢的今后主要发展方向,指出降低屈强比、增加韧塑性、提高焊接性能、确保疲劳性能是该类钢在今后较长一段时间内的主要研究方向。With the tendency of the engineering machinery to be large scale and lightweight, the structure steel which applied to construction machinery with high strength and high toughness as the main structure of raw materials has developed rapidly in recent years, and is continual to the higher strength, higher level and better comprehensive performance development. This article combined with the research and production status which the steel of Nanjing iron and steel Co. , Ltd. with high strength applied to construction machinery introduced with the performance requirements and production status, at the same time, analyzed the main development direc- tion of this steel in the future. It is pointed out that the main direction of the research is well to reduce yield ratio, increase toughness, improve welding performance and insure fatigue property in a long period of time in the future.
