摘　　要：针对竖炉原料系统中烘干机、造球盘和辊筛工艺设备存在的问题进行分析,提出了相应的优化和改进措施。通过优化工艺和设备改进,改善了混合料的烘干效果,提高了生球质量和出球率,降低了设备故障率和备件费用。In this paper the problem existed in dryer , ball disk , rolling and screen of shaft furnace system is ana- lyzed, and then presenting corresponding optimized measures and improvement method. With the process optimization and equipment improvement, thus improve the efficiency of dryer for Mix - material, promote the ball quality and production as well as reduce equipment fault rate and spare part cost.
