农业科技推广中的金融支持模式研究

摘　　要：提高农户农业科技需求对农业科技推广具有重要意义。通过构建农业科技推广市场均衡模型,分析农户农业科技需求构成,指出金融支持是提升农户科技支付能力的重要途径,提出构建"(公司+合作社/基地+农户)+金融机构"的金融支持模式,龙头企业为农户应用农业科技的信贷提供金融担保,提高农户信用等级,以实现农业科技推广的可持续发展。The farmers＇demand of agricultural sci-tech is very important for the promotion of agricultural sci-tech. By building the market equilibrium model of the agricultural sci-tech promotion, this paper analyzes the farmers＂ demand of agricultural sci-tech. It is pointed out that financial support is the important way to enhance farmers＇ sci- tech payment ability. We should establish the financial support model of ＂ （company ＋ base/cooperative ＋ peas- ant household） ＋ financial institutions＂ in which the leading enterprise provides financial guarantee credit for farmers＇ agricultural sci-tech application in order to realize the sustainable development of agricultural sci-tech promotion
