摘　　要：本文在对煤炭企业文化内涵分析的基础上,对煤炭企业融入校园文化进行了可行性分析,并对进一步融入华北科技学院的校园文化建设提出了建议,本文对培育和打造富有安全科技特色的校园文化建设有着积极的现实意义。Based on analyzing coal enterprise’s culture,the paper analyses the feasibility of integrating coal enterprise’s culture into campus culture,and gives some suggestions that coal enterprise’s culture can be blended into campus culture in North China Institute of Science and Technology.Meanwhile,this paper plays an actively realistic role on establishing campus culture with featuring safety technology.
