广州生物库队列人群中老年人血尿酸与血脂各组分的相关性研究

摘　　要：以广州生物库队列研究第一阶段50岁以上的男性3061名、女性7338名为研究对象,探讨中老年人血尿酸（UA）水平与血脂各组分的相关性.结果显示,高尿酸血症患病率在男性（UA＞ 420 μmol/L）为32.5％ （996/3061）,女性（UA＞ 360 μmol/L）为31.5％（2310/7338）.高尿酸血症者无论男女,随着血尿酸水平的升高,其TC、TG和LDL-C水平均较血尿酸正常者升高（均P＜0.01）.调整了年龄、性别、吸烟、腹围、体重指数、舒张压、收缩压等潜在混杂因素并按4分位法分组,UA水平仍与TC、TG和LDL-C水平呈正相关,与HDL-C水平呈负相关（P＜0.01）.多因素回归分析显示,UA水平与TC、TG和LDL-C水平显著正相关,与HDL-C呈显著负相关（P＜0.01）.提示,UA水平的升高与TC、TG、LDL-C的升高及HDL-C的降低相关,临床控制高尿酸血症可能对预防心血管事件的发生有益.The associations between serum uric acid （UA） levels and lipid profile in 3061 men and 7338 women aged 50 ＋ years from Phase 1 of the Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study were investigated.Based on the results,prevalence of hyperuricemia in men （UA 〉420 μmol/L） and women （〉360 μmol/L） were 32.5% （996/3061） and 31.5% （2310/7338）,respectively.The levels of total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG） and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C）in those with hyperuricemia were all significantly higher than those without （P 〈 0.01）.After adjustment for age,sex,smoking,waist circumference,body mass index,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure,UA level was positively associated with TC,TG and LDL-C,and was negatively associated with high-density lipoproteincholesterol （HDL-C） （P 〈 0.01）.Multivariate regression analysis also showed positive association of UA level with TC,TG and LDL-C and negative association with HDL-C （P 〈 0.01）.The results suggest that early treatment of hyperuricemia may be benefit in preventing further cardiovascular events.
