丁卡因气管内麻醉对全麻苏醒期气道反射的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:解决患者在全身麻醉苏醒期的烦躁和不能耐受气管导管所导致的一系列问题。方法:选择全身麻醉择期手术患者120例,随机分为两组。A组按照常规快诱导全身麻醉;B组则以1%盐酸丁卡因2～3mL口腔喷雾浸润麻醉,按实验要求给予咪达唑仑0.05mg/kg、哌替啶0.15mg/kg、氟哌利多0.05mg/kg、地塞米松注射液10mg,待患者入睡但咳嗽反射仍然保留时,用2.5%丁卡因2.5mL行环甲膜穿刺气管内麻醉。结果:B组方法对抑制气道反射是有效的,对减少全麻苏醒期的并发症是明显的。结论:丁卡因环甲穿刺气管内麻醉,对患者全身麻醉苏醒期气管导管的刺激有明显的抑制作用,可明显增加患者对气管导管的耐受,可明显减少全麻苏醒期的并发症。Objective：To solve a series of problems caused by pat ients in the general anesthesia emergence of irritability and can not tolerate t he endotracheal tube.Methods：One huandred and twenty cases of general anesthesi a,patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into the two group s.Group A（the control group） in accordance with the conventional fast induction of general anesthesia.Group B,1% tetracaine hydrochloride 2～3 mL oral spray anesthesia,according to the experimental requirements for midazolam 0.05 mg/kg,pethidine 0.15 mg/kg,droperidol 0.05 mg/kg,ground dexamethasone injection 10 mg,to be patient to sleep but the cough reflex retain 2.5 % tetracaine due to the 2.5 mL row thyrocricocentesis endotracheal anesthesia, puncture.Results：Through the practice of clinical observation,this method is e ffective to inhibit airway reflexes of complications,can significantly reduce t he period of recovery from general anesthesia,this method is worth promoting.Co nclusion：Amethocaine of ring puncture endotracheal anesthesia,the patient unde r general anesthesia arousal the inhibition of the stimulation of the endotrache al tube is obvious.Increase the patients tolerated the endotracheal tube is obvi ous,to reduce the period of recovery from general anesthesia complications is o bvious.
