摘　　要：对高良姜(Alpinia officinarum Hance)乙醇提取物中的化学成分,用多种层析方法进行分离纯化得10个化合物,用物理、化学和光谱学方法鉴定了结构分别是:乔松素(1),乔松素-5-甲醚(2),高良姜素(3),高良姜素-3-甲醚(4),5-乙氧基-7-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-苯基-3-庚酮(5),5-羟基-1,7-二苯基-3-庚酮(6),(E)-7-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-苯基庚-4-烯-3-酮(7),1,7-二苯基-3,5-庚二酮(8),1,7-二苯基-4-烯-3-庚酮(9),5-羟基-1,7-二苯基-4,6-反式二烯-3-庚酮(10).This research focused on the study of the chemical constituents from the ethanolic extract of Alpinia offi-cinarum Hance. The chemical constituents were isolated with various chromatographic techniques and purified by gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified by physicochemical methods and spectroscopic a- nalysis. Ten compounds were isolated and identified as pinocembrin （1）, pinocembrin -5 -methylether（2 ）, ga- langin （3）, galangin - 3 - methylether （4）, 5 - ethoxyl - 7 - （4 - hydroxy - 3 - methoxy - phenyl ） - 1 - phenyl - 3 - heptanone （5）, 5 - hydroxy - 1,7 - diphenyl - 3 - heptanone （ 6 ）, （ E ） - 7 - （4 - hydroxy - 3 - methoxyphe- nyl） - 1 - phenylhept - 4 - en - 3 - one （7）, 1,7 - diphenyl - 3,5 - heptanedione （8）, 1,7 - diphenyl - 4 - en - 3 - heptanone （9）, 5 - hydroxy - 1,7 - diphenyl - 4, and 6 - trans - dien - 3 - heptanone （10）.
