摘 要:以罗丹明B为原料,设计合成了一个Cu2+荧光探针R1.通过其光谱性能和离子选择性测试结果表明,R1在V(乙醇)∶V(水)=10∶90的介质中能高选择性识别Cu2+.其最大发射波长为582 nm,而其它常见离子如Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Mn2+,Cd2+,Cr3+,Co2+,Ni2+,Ag+,Pb2+,Zn2+,Fe3+和Hg2+则几乎不引起探针的荧光光谱变化.在1×10-5mol/L范围内Cu2+的荧光滴定结果表明,探针的检测限为8×10-6mol/L.表明R1对Cu2+的识别具有很高的灵敏度.此外,R1是一个对pH不敏感的分子探针,通过拟合计算出探针R1的pKa为4.2.表明探针可以在pH 4.5~10的范围内对Cu2+进行有效地检测.A Cu^2+ fluorescence chemodosimeter R1 was synthesized based on rhodamine B. It Was found that the fluorescence intensity of R1 increased wltla tlae aoaluon of Cu^2+ inethanol/water ( 10:90, V/V) solution. The maximum emission wavelength of R1 was 582 nm. With the addition of Cu^2+ , R1 showed an apparent fluorescent enhancement. Different from Cu^2+ other metal ions such as Cr^3+,Fe^3+ ,Fe^2+, Hg^2+, Mn^2+, Co^2+,Pb^2+,Mg2+, Ca^2+, Cd^2+, Zn^2+, Ba^2+, K^+ and Ni^2 + did not induce any spectral response under identical conditions.The sensor was useful for measuring Cu^2+ at the concentrations ranging from 1 × 10^-6 moL/L with a detection limit of 8 × 10^-6mol/L. The compound R1 was a pH insensitive probe and its pKa was 4. 2, which could detect Cu^2+ effec-tively in a relatively wide pH range( 4. 5 - 10).
