摘　　要：综述了我国西部地区发展生态移民的必要性,以及该地区生态移民区畜牧业发展现状,并从经济效益、社会效益和生态效益方面,阐述了西部地区生态移民区畜牧业发展的前景。结果表明,实行生态移民,可以从根本上解决我国西部贫瘠地区生态退化和群众的生计问题,对社会主义新农村建设将起到巨大的推进作用。The necessity of ecological immigration in western China and the current development situations of animal husbandry in ecological immigration region of western China were summarized. The development prospects of animal husbandry in ecological immigration region of western China were analyzed from the aspects of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits. The results showed that ecological immigration could solve some problems including ecological degeneration and people＇s livelihood in infertile regions of western China, which would play a great impelling action for new socialist countryside construction.
