摘　　要：本文基于解放军总医院的药学管理实践,主要介绍医学保障部医院药学的管理经验和做法,从标准化管理体系、服务保障体系、信息化平台建设,以及质量体系建设中取得成效,提出了建立制度化、流程化、标准化、信息化的研究型医院药学管理体系,是适应医院药学发展,走内涵式质量建设的必由之路。Based on the practices of pharmacy management in the PLA General Hospital,experiences and practices of the hospital pharmacy management in medical logistics administration were introduced.Mainly on the practices and results achieved by the construction of standardized management system,service support system,the information system and quality management system,we proposed that establishing the institutionalized,streamlined,standardized and informationized pharmacy management system in the research-characterized hospital was the only way to adapt to the development of hospital pharmacy and complete connotative quality construction.
