血清降钙素原对多器官功能障碍综合征早期诊断价值的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的对血清降钙素原(PCT)用于早期诊断多器官功能衰竭价值进行系统性评价。方法计算机检索PubMed、MEDLINE、万方数据知识服务平台等,收集相关原始研究文献。通过QUADAS质量评价标准评估纳入文献质量。用Review Manger5.14对文献做连续性变量的WMD、SMD以及95%CI。结果共检索出相关文献387篇,最终获取文献9篇,共272例MODS患者,433例非MODS患者。其WMD以及95%CI为4.22(2.84,5.61),其SMD以及95%CI为1.79(0.90,2.68)。结论 PCT对多器官功能障碍的早期诊断有应用价值,并发多器官功能障碍综合征患者入院后24h即可检测,可作为早期预测MODS的独立指标。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin in the early prediction of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）.Methods The original articles was retrieved from PubMed,MEDLINE,Wanfang database and so on.The QUADAS items were used for quality assessment.Review Manager 5.14 software was used to analyze pooled weighted mean difference,standard mean difference andvconfidence interval.Results Through literature retrieval,nine articles（3 English articles and 6 Chinese articles） were selected,with 272 MODS patients and 433 other patients included.The weighted mean difference was 4.22（95%CI 2.84,5.61）.The standard mean difference was 1.79（95%CI 0.90,2.68）.Conclusion The PCT test showed good accuracy in early diagnosing MODS,which can be used as an independent predictor for MODS.
