黄体不健诊断指标的探讨

摘　　要：用放射免疫法测定了黄体不健患者及对照蛆血中促性腺激素、垂体催乳素和性腺激素,并对两组的黄体期面积指数进行了比较。结果见LPD患者卵泡期FSH明显减少,FSH与LH的比值明显降低;黄体中期3次P测定值均明显减少,其平均值与卵泡期P之比值明显降低。PLI与黄体期3次P测定值呈正相关,LPD患者明显降低。Gonadotropin, prolactin, sex steroid hormone and basal body temperature pla-nirnetric index ( PLI ) were measured in nineteen infertile women with LPD and twenty-two infertile women without LPD. In follicular phase,FSH and FSH/LH ra-tio are lower in LPD women, while LH, E2and P are similar in both group. In midluteal phase, the average of P measured three times ( PA ) and PA/PF ratio are lower in LPD women, while FSH, LH, PRL, E and T are similar in both group. PLI is correlated with the value of P and it is lower in LPD women. These results confirm that inadequate follicular maturation is an important factor coursing LPD. Correlated with endometrial biopsy, three times measurement of P can accurately reflect luteal function, it is an efficient method in diagnosing LPD. PLI can also be used to assess luteal function. LPD coursed by increase PRL or T is different form that coursed by inadequate follicular maturation.
