摘　　要：当前,以跨国公司为微观载体的服务业国际转移正在深刻改变着世界经济旧有的产业布局。文章从跨国公司全球化运营的层面来深刻分析服务业国际转移这一全球化新现象的微观表现,有助于我们从理论层面更好地把握服务业国际转移的具体内涵。At present, the international service transfer （IST） by transnational corporations （TNCs） has greatly reshaped the old industrial structure of world economy. Therefore,at the thresh-old of service-globalization,analyzing the micro-representation of IST on the level of global opera-tions of TNCs, possess great significance both theoretically and practically for us to grasp the laws of IST.
