布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 研究对象为2010年2月至2012年2月我院收治的106例感染后咳嗽患儿,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组53例.治疗组给予布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特口服治疗,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,疗程为10周,观察两组疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为81.1％,显著高于对照组的45.2％（P＜0.05）;对照组的不良反应发生率为16.9％,治疗组的不良反应发生率为15.1％,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗感染后咳嗽患儿疗效好,值得临床上推广应用.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of budesonide combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough after infection in children.Methods 106 children with bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 53 ones in each group.The control group received aerosol inhalation of budesonide,and the treatment group received aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with oral administration of montelukast after the treatment for 10 weeks.The clinical efficacy was mainly observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.1%,which was higher than 45.2% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.However,between the control group and the research group,there was no significant difference of total incidence rate of adverse reactions （16.9% vs 15.1%） （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Curative effect of budesonide combined with montelukast in treatment of cough after infection in children is good,should be recommended in primary hospitals.
