摘　　要：目的评价整体护理模式在促进舌癌切除术并即刻前臂肌皮瓣舌再造术病人术后全面康复、保全和提高患者生活质量方面的重要作用，为进一步提高护理质量提供临床参考。方法对我科相关病例整体护理情况进行回顾性临床分析。结果7例皮瓣全部成活，术后发生皮瓣下血肿1例，出现静脉危像2例，均经早期发现抢救处理成功。结论采用同期血管化前臂肌皮瓣修复手术缺损部位的修复性功能性外科技术得到日益广泛的应用，而以病人为中心的整体护理模式可显著提高患者术后生活质量。Objective To evaluate the overall model of nursing care in the promotion of tongue cancer resection and instantly forearm muscle flap tongue reconstruction patients after comprehensive rehabilitation, preservation, and improve the quality of life in patients with an important role, in order to further improve the quality of care providing clinical references. Methods A retrospective clinical analysis was carried out to study the cases overall nursing care conditions in our department. Results 7 flaps all survived after subepithelial hematoma, venous crisis like the 2 cases were successfully rescued for early detection. Conclusion Using the same period vascularized forearm muscle flap surgery to repair the defect site repair functional surgical techniques gets increasingly wide range of applications, and the patients＇ overall care model can significantly improve their quality of life.
