摘　　要：通过阐明2007年颁布的公路工程概预算定额及编制办法中的变化,以人工、机械、材料、费率4项指标作为测试重点,结合云南省工程实例,对比分析其对工程造价的影响。指出定额、编办中应注意的问题,以达到正确运用定额、合理确定造价的目的。The changes in highway engineering budget estimate norm and compilation rules which were promulgated in 2007 were expounded. Four indexes including manpower, machine, material and rate were taken as test focus, the influences of which on engineering cost were contrasted and analyzed combined with a project example in Yunnan. Some notes in norm and compilation rules were put forward to use norm correctly and determine cost reasonably.
