大悬挑钢结构节点区域受力性能分析及现场实测

摘　　要：中广核大厦部分结构从10层开始悬挑,悬挑长度17m。钢骨混凝土主体结构与悬挑钢结构间的连接节点区域受力大,为掌握该类节点区域的受力性能,采用SAP 2000程序建立三维有限元模型,进行了各施工控制工况的节点受力性能模拟分析;并在悬挑钢结构胎架卸载施工阶段对节点区域的实际应力变化进行了现场实测,保证了关键节点传力有效可靠。Partial structure of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Building is cantilevered cantilever length is 17 m. The nodes connecting main steel reinforced concrete structure and at IOF and the steel cantilever structure bear large local force. In order to master the forces born by such kind of node, SAP 2000 software is used to create 3D finite element model and to carry out simulative analysis on force-bearing performance of node under various construction control conditions; field measurement is made on actual stress during dismantlement of cantilever steel structure scaffold to guarantee effective and reliable force transfer at key nodes.
