摘　　要：随着电子商务和电子政务的发展,为了保证其应用中文件的安全,根据数字水印的鲁棒性、脆弱性,以及Hash、COM组件等技术,提出了一种基于MD5和数字水印的电子签章文件校验方案。实现了文档的防篡改、文档的合法性验证。With the development of e-commerce and e-Government, in order to ensure the safety of the application documents, according to the digital watermarking robustness and vulnerability and Hash MD5, COM component technology, a check scheme was proposed based on digital watermarking overprint file to realize the documents prevent manipulation prevention and documents legitimacy check.
