摘 要:对贵州省某矿业有限公司刚出炉的钙化焙烧提钒废渣进行浸出实验,并利用斑马鱼胚胎染毒实验探讨了钙化焙烧提钒废渣浸出液中重金属的联合毒性效应。实验结果表明:根据《固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法 -水平振荡法》(HJ557-2010)试验规范进行浸出,钙化焙烧提钒废渣浸出液中V浓度符合《钒工业污染物排放标准》(GB26452-2011),其它7种重金属浓度均符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的排放限值;染毒后的斑马鱼胚胎没有表现出强烈的感应,孵化出的幼鱼表现正常。由此说明钙化焙烧提钒废渣浸出液毒性较小,不会表现出对环境的强烈污染效应。Leaching experiment on oven-fresh vanadium slag extracted by calcified roasting from Guizhou Province was conducted, and the joint toxic effects of heavy metals was discussed by using Zebra fish embryos infected experiment in lixivium from vanadium slag extracted by calcified roasting. The results show that vanadium concentrations are consistent with discharge standard of pollutants for vanadium industry ( GB26452 - 2011 ), leaching under solid waste-extraction procedure for leaching toxicity-horizontal vibration method (HJ557 -2010) test specification, the other seven kinds of heavy metals concentration in line with the emission limits of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978 -1996) ; the infected Zebra fish embryos did not show a strong induction, and the hatched juvenile fish appeared normal. It shows the small toxicity of lixivium from vanadium slag extracted by calcified roasting, not exhibiting strong pollution effects on the environment.
