摘  要:针对目前煤矿普遍采用的瓦斯传感器检测灵敏度低、抗干扰能力差等缺陷,设计了一种基于谐波检测与差分检测的光谱吸收型光纤瓦斯传感器。该传感器采用红外光谱吸收原理,对瓦斯吸收光谱进行分析。利用普通发光二极管LED产生宽带光源,通过Fabry-Perot腔和滤光片进行波长调制和选择,结合谐波检测和差分检测原理进行双光路检测,从而实现瓦斯气体浓度的精确测量。试验结果表明:该传感器能够有效地检测瓦斯体积分数,测量误差小,灵敏度高。In order to improve the detection sensitivity and anti-interference ability of popular gas sensor in coal mine,a new spectrum absorption fiber optic methane sensor based on harmonic detection and differential detection was proposed.The sensor used infrared spectrum absorption principle to analyze the gas absorption spectrum.The broadband light was produced by LED and it went through the Fabry-Perot cavity and filter for wavelength modulation and choice.Harmonic detection and differential detection were combined to carry out the light path detection,so as to measure gas concentration.The experimental results show that the sensor can detect gas concentration accurately,and the measurement error is small.
