摘  要:介绍一种基于ARM11的煤矿井下重载刮板输送机减速器油液污染在线监测仪的设计方案。该监测仪以ARM11体系结构的主控制芯片S3C6410为硬件核心,通过移植嵌入式操作系统Linux为设备提供软件平台.利用RS485总线和工业以太网完成数据的高速传输,采用Qt图形用户界面开发环境进行人机界面开发。试验结果表明该仪器运行稳定、可靠,满足了油液污染在线监测的要求。This paper introduced a solution for overloaded scraper conveyor speed reducers oil contamination on-line monitoring in the underground coal mine based on ARM11.The monitor utilized ARM11 architecture the main control chip S3C6410 as hardware core,embedded operating system Linux was transplanted for the device as software platform.Through RS-485 bus and industrial Ethernet,the data's transmission was realized by the monitor,Qt graphical user interface development environment was used for human-machine interface development.The experimental results show that the instrument operation is stable,reliable and can meet the requirements of oil contamination on-line monitoring.
