摘  要:易燃性是泡沫气雾剂安全性测试中的一种重要参数,也是化学危险品分类及标记全球协调制度(GHS)中安全数据制定以及GB/T 21632—2008《危险品喷雾剂泡沫可燃性试验方法》喷雾剂分类的重要依据,由火焰高度和火焰燃烧时间描述。针对现代工业中泡沫气雾剂易燃性采用人工检测效率低、危险性大等缺点,研制了泡沫气雾剂易燃性自动检测系统,提出了一种组合传感器阵列的广谱火焰高度检测技术,在此基础上设计齿梳状遮光罩消除相邻传感器及非水平方向入射光线的干扰。多种典型试样测定结果表明该方法检测火焰高度结果稳定、误差满足要求。Flammability is an important parameter in the security test of the aerosol foam,which described by the height and burning time of the flame.It is also an important basis of the establishment of the security data in the classification of the hazardous chemicals and marks the globally harmonized system(GHS)and classification of the aerosol in GB/T 21632-2008.In modem industry,the flammability of aerosol foam detected by hand,the detection efficiency is very low and the process is very dangerous.To solve the problem,this paper proposed an automatic detection system to get the flammability of aerosol foam and presented a Broad-spectrum flame height measurement technique which the sensors combined to an array.In this form,it designed a comb lens hood to eliminate the interference from the adjacent sensor and non-horizontal incident light.According to the result of using multiple representative samples,this method to detect the height of the flame will get stable results and little error.
