摘　　要：针对传统精制乳酸生产系统效率低下、连续生产能力较低的状况,介绍了一种利用组态软件MCGS和可编程控制器S7-300(PLC)开发的可视化精制乳酸生产控制系统。系统由下位机执行温度数据、液位数据的采集、存储和计算等功能,在乳酸生产系统中运用模糊PID控制算法;由上位机监控整个生产过程,整套系统提高了生产的效率和产品的质量。叙述了乳酸精制的工艺过程,系统算法分析、模糊控制器设计、硬件组成、软件流程及开发过程。The production system of refining lactic acid was introduced to resolve the disadvantages of the conventional system.The problems,such as low-efficiency,high manpower consuming and discontinuous production,were resolved.The system was developed with software MCGS and PLC S7-300,which is visual system for production of refining lactic acid,with fuzzy PID algrithom.It enhances the efficiency and convenience by the automatic control of temperature、the height of liquid and the visual interface.Narrating the main process of the technic,the process of developing,the analysis of algorithm,the designing of fuzzy controller,the hardware and functions of the system,with some pictures in addition.
