摘 要:依据综合性和主导性、符合地域特征、实用性和可操作、层次性和独立性等原则,采用层次分析法,在沙化宏观监测和定位监测的基础上,尝试从植被状况、景观格局、沙化状况、生态脆弱性、环境状况5个层次,综合提取影响北京市平原风沙区生态状况的典型或敏感因素,建立综合评价指标体系,配置指标权重值,以北京市平原地区生态建设总体目标以及国内外公认或普遍采用的评价标准和等级为衡量依据,计算综合评价指数,建立生态状况总体评估标准。并对大兴区2010年进行评估,结果表明大兴区2010年度整体生态状况处于良好偏下水平。A comprehensive evaluation index system for early warning of desertification monitoring in plain region around Beijing was established.Some principles were followed to select evaluation indices,such as comprehensive and dominant,in accordance to regional characteristics,practical and operational,administrative and independence.A combination of qualitative and quantitative analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted.Based on macroscopically monitoring and positioning,typical or sensitive factors which influenced ecological status were selected in five aspects: vegetation status,landscape pattern,desertification extent,ecological vulnerability,and environmental circumstance,respectively,to establish an evaluation index system and configuration of weights.According to the overall objective of ecological construction of plain region around Beijing,as well as universally accepted and commonly used evaluation criteria and grade,comprehensive evaluation index can be calculated and ecological condition can be assessed overall.The system was applied to Daxing District in 2010,it was demonstrated that ecological situations in the district was almost good.
