摘 要:以华南主推双季水稻五优308、合美占、天优390、粤晶丝苗2号和粤奇丝苗为供试材料,2011年采用人工气候箱(PGV-36)人工低温胁迫,对水稻苗期低温胁迫进行了研究。结果表明:①秧苗期日均8.5℃的人工低温胁迫会导致水稻秧苗生长发育明显停滞,供试材料植株高度、主茎叶片数和叶片长度处理前后无显著差异。②日均温8.5℃低温胁迫对水稻秧苗鲜重和干重的影响趋势相同,随着生长时间的延长,低温胁迫下的各供试品种(组合)不但没有干物质积累,其鲜重和干重反而下降。③各供试品种3叶期的耐低温胁迫能力强于5叶期,各供试品种(组合)耐低温胁迫能力强弱次序为:五优308>天优390>粤晶丝苗2号>粤奇丝苗>合美占,且3叶期和5叶期的趋势相同。In this paper,5 cultivars,including 'Wuyou 308','Hemeizhan','Tianyou 390','Yuejingsimiao2' and 'Yueqisimiao',which were released and large-scale cultivated in South China,were used as tested materials.The experiments of cold tolerance at the seedling stage were carried out in the phytotron(PGV-36)in 2011.The results showed that(i)the growth and development of the tested materials were stunted under the chilling stress of 8.5 ℃.The plant height,leaves on the culm and leaf length of the tested materials had no significant difference between pre-and post treatment;(ii)under the treatment,the effects of chilling stress on the plant fresh weight and dry weight had a same trend,not only the tested materials had no dry matter accumulation with the processing of growth,but also both the 10-plant fresh weight and the 10-plant dry matter weight decreased;(iii)the cold tolerance of the tested cultivars at 3 leaf stage was stronger than that at five leaf stage.The reaction to the chilling stress(8.5 ℃) had difference among the tested materials,the order of their cold tolerance was Wuyou 308Tianyou 390Yuejingsimiao 2 Yueqisimaio Hemeizhan either at 3 leaf stage or at 5 leaf stage.
