摘  要:利用与稻瘟病抗性基因紧密连锁的分子标记进行分子标记辅助选择对于培育抗稻瘟病水稻品种有重要意义。利用与抗稻瘟病基因Pi-9、Pi-2、Pi-kh和Pi-km紧密连锁的分子标记检测分析52份(23份恢复系和29份不育系)杂交水稻亲本材料,结果表明:52份亲本材料中都不含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-9和Pi-2(Pi-Z5),6份可能含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-km,5份可能含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-kh。32份抗源的检测结果表明:32份抗源中都不含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-9,12份含有Pi-2(Pi-Z5),3份可能含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-km,6份可能含有抗稻瘟病基因Pi-kh。Molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS) was a powerful strategy in rice breeding for disease resistance and the 52 hybrid rice parents(23 rice restorer lines and 29 rice sterility lines) in Sichuan province were detected and analyzed by using the molecular markers closely linked to the rice blast resistance genes Pi-9,Pi-2,Pi-kh and Pi-km.The results showed that none of them had the resistant gene of Pi-9 and Pi-2(Pi-Z5);6 of them contained the resistant gene Pi-km,5 of them contained the resistant gene Pi-kh.The results in 32 resistant materials showed that none of them had the resistant gene Pi-9,12 of them contained the resistant gene Pi-2(Pi-Z5),3 of them contained the resistant gene Pi-km,6 of them probably contained the resistant gene Pi-kh.
