摘  要:以极晚熟桃品种‘秋红晚蜜’为试验材料,研究了不同结果部位对果实品质的影响。结果表明:在不同的结果部位,果实品质有较明显的差别。①单果重范围是261.38~310.46 g,东北、东南方向单果重明显高于西南、西北方向;上部果实单果重较大,中部次之,下部较小。②果形指数范围是0.91~0.96,东南和西南方向的较大,东北和西北方向的偏小;上部偏小,下部较大。③果实可溶性固形物含量范围是7.20%~12.87%,西南方向、东南方向较高;上部含量高于中、下部。④果实硬度最大的是东南方向下部,由东南向西北、西南、东北方向递减;由上至下依次增大。Using extremely late ripening peach 'Qiuhongwanmi' as materials,the effect of fruit position on fruit quality was studied.The results showed that,there was obviously different in fruit quality between different position.(i)The single fruit weight ranged from 261.38 g to 310.46 g,which was larger in northeast and southeast,smaller in northwest and southwest,and gradually decreased from upward to downward.(ii) The fruit shape index ranged from 0.91 to 0.96,which was larger in southeast and southwest,smaller in northeast and northwest,and gradually increased from upward to downward.(iii) The content of soluble solids was in the range of 7.20 %-12.87 %,which was higher in southwest and southeast,and gradually decreased from upward to downward.(iv) The largest of fruit flesh firmness was the lower part of south-east,increased from top to bottom,and decreased from southeast to northwest,southwest and northeast.
