摘　　要：提出了一种基于对等网与云计算技术相结合的科研信息共享与传播网络模型,以国家自然科学基金委及其资助项目的科研工作者为例,阐述模型原理,旨在帮助科研管理部门提升科研信息共享与传播效率。The paper proposes a network model of scientific research information sharing and dissemination basing on the combi- nation of peer-to-peer with cloud computing. Taking National Natural Science Foundation of China and its funded researchers for ex- ample, the paper elaborates principle of the model, so as to help research management department to improve efficiency of scientific re- search information sharing and dissemination.
