摘　　要：“职业焦虑”作为一种职业病，在高校图书馆馆员身上表现明显，严重影响了馆员的身心健康，也极不利于图书馆和学校的发展。本文从馆员自身心理障碍、他人焦虑障碍、周围环境障碍等几个方面分析了大学图书馆员的职业焦虑的形成原因，探索了加强人本管理、完善激励机制、改革职称评定和聘用制度等对策与措施。参考文献5。“Occupation Anxiety”, as a kind of occupational disease, has an apparently serious impact on col- lege librarians＇ physical and mental health, which is extremely unfavorable to the development of library and college. This paper analyzed the cause of college librarians＇ occupation anxiety from their own mental disorders, anxiety disor- ders in others and surrounding environment, and thereby explored some countermeasures including strengthening hu- manistic management, improving incentive mechanism, reforming the evaluation mechanism of professional titles and employment system. 5 Refs.
