车祸致闭合性腹部伤190例诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:总结190例腹部闭合伤的诊治经验。方法:190例均行腹腔穿刺,阳性率85.2%;B超检查130例,阳性率90%;CT检查30例,阳性率100%。结果:手术治疗160例(84.2%),其中4例死于失血性休克,3例死于重型颅脑外伤;非手术治疗30例(15.8%),均已治愈。结论:闭合性腹外伤尤其是合并多处外伤的诊断及救治应争分夺秒,合理运用各种辅检,迅速判明病情,及时手术,以抢救生命。Objective:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experiences of 190 cases of abdominal closed injury.Methods:Abdominocentesis were carried out for 190 patients with the positive rate 85.2%;type-B ultrasonic checks for 130 cases,the positive rate 90%;CT examination for 30 cases,the rate 100%.Results:160 cases were treated with operations(84.2%);4 cases died from hemorrhagic shock,and 3cases died from severe craniocerebral trauma.30 cases were treated without operations(15.8%) and all were cured.Conclusion:It is vital for medical workers to diagnose and treat patients with closed abdominal trauma as soon as possible,especially the patients with combined multiple traumas.A variety of auxiliary checks should be applied to identify the patient's condition immediately and then the operation should be arranged in time to save lives.
