摘 要:对于舰用蒸汽动力系统,准确测量某些过热蒸汽系统流量是非常重要的。过热蒸汽易形成汽液两相流,流量计在测量时,经常会出现测不准现象。以某舰用过热蒸汽系统均速管德尔塔巴流量计为研究对象,利用流场CFD建模技术分析管道内流量计流场分布与变化情况,通过建立模拟工况下管道内流量计三维数值仿真模型,实时在线测量过热蒸汽流量值;将仿真数据与通过计算锅炉产汽量得到的流量值进行对比,验证了仿真测量技术的有效性;最后通过滤波及中值的数学校正方法,提高了仿真精度,最终实现了过热蒸汽流量的仿真测量,为工程中过热蒸汽流量测量提供校正依据。For naval steam power systems,an accurate measurement of the superheated flow is of vital im portance.However,since superheated steam is prone to convert into a liquid-vapor two phase flow,most available steam flowmeters fail to achieve the desired measurement precision.In view of the problem,a nu merical simulation model of the pipeline steam flow under certain working condition is established in this paper,based on the flow field analysis with CFD modeling technologies.The flow distribution and diversifi cation on the pipe flowmeter are also analyzed in real time.A comparison between the simulated results and the actual measured values validates the proposed flow measurement technique.Finally,by applying a median filter,the precision of the model is further improved.In brief,the technique presented here may provide a solid basis for applications involving superheated steam flow measurement and data correction.
