摘　　要：目的:分析包头市医疗机构2009-2011年卫生质量综合监测资料,掌握包头市医疗机构消毒工作的总体状况,降低医源性感染的发生。方法:依据《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)和《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995对包头市医疗机构的消毒样品进行采样和卫生质量综合监测。结果:2009-2011年消毒灭菌监测总合格率呈逐年上升趁势。最高合格率项目是灭菌物品,最低合格率项目是空气质量,其次是医护人员手。结论:包头市疾病预防控制中心对医疗机构进行的卫生质量综合监测工作十分必要、有效,需继续加强对院感控制的管理和有关消毒知识的培训,进一步提高医疗机构的院感控制能力,为减低医源性感染的发生打好基础。Objective：To analyze disinfection quality monitoring data for medical institutions in Baotou city,2009-2011 for the control of nosocomial infection.Method：According to technical standard for disinfection of ministry of health,2002 edition and hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals（GB15982-1995）,sampling survey on disinf-ection quality was carried out in medical institutions in Baotou city.Result：During the year of 2009-2011,sterilization monitoring the overall pass rate was taking advantage of the increased year by year.sterilization was the highest project of rate,the minimum passing rate of the project was the air quality,followed by the hands of medical staff.Conclusion：The monitoring on disinfection isnecessary for the control of nosocomial infection and training and management on disinfection are also important to decrease the incidence of nosocomial infection.
