摘 要:为快速判断电压稳定域,国内外已经提出了多个基于线路局部测量信息的电压稳定指标,并且被广泛引用,但在实际应用中存在与指标理论不符的情况.分析发现,这些指标推导的理论立足点都基于二次常系数电压方程或功率方程判别式的非负性;由于电网状态的耦合性,导致二次方程中变量与系数关联,为非常系数方程,Vieta定律不适用.进一步的仿真发现,这些指标确定的电压稳定域与P-V曲线和V-Q曲线上的电压稳定域不符.指出这些指标理论分析的缺陷,有利于改进和提出新的电压稳定快速判别指标.To quickly identify the voltage stability region, a number of indexes of voltage stability based on part measurement information have been proposed, and are widely cited, whereas, there are discrepancies in the actual application situation. This paper analysis results show that the foot- hold theory of these indexes are based on the discriminant non-negativity of the binomial voltage equations or power equations with constant coefficients. Due to the power grid coupling, the vari- ables and coefficients in the binomial equations are associated, which are equations with variable coefficients, Vieta's formulas are not applicable. Simulation results show that the voltage stabili- ty region determined by these indexes disagrees with the region of the P-V curve and the V-Q curve. These indexes lack in theoretical analysis is also presented, which is beneficial to the im- provement and propose a new identification index of the voltage stability.
