舒适护理在急诊泌尿系结石患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在急诊泌尿系结石患者中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的152例急诊泌尿系结石患者的临床资料。根据患者入院的先后顺序,随机分为干预组和参照组,每组76例。参照组患者采用常规方法进行护理,干预组患者在常规护理的基础上进行舒适护理,比较两组患者在接受不同的护理后病情改善及满意度方面的情况。结果:通过对患者采用舒适护理后,干预组患者在病情改善及满意度方面明显要优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理更具人性化,能够有效改善患者的病情,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective:To research comfort care in emergency department patients with urinary stones.Methods:Retrospective analysis clinical data of patients with urinary stones of 152 cases were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 in emergency ,according to the order of the patients admitted to hospital,were randomly divided into intervention group and the reference group,76 cases in each group.Using the conventional method of the reference group patients for care,the intervention group patients in the usual care based on comfort care,the condition improved,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared in different care.Results:Comfort care patients in the intervention group patients condition improved,and satisfaction significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort care more humane,can effectively improve the patient’s condition and satisfaction,it is worth to promote the use of clinical care.
