心理及生理舒适护理在胃肠道手术胃肠减压中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理及舒适护理在胃肠道手术胃肠减压中的作用。方法:采用随机分组的方法将107例胃肠道手术需要留置胃管的患者随机分成对照组51例和观察组56例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受心理及舒适护理。比较两组置管失败率、非计划性拔管例数、手术前后焦虑指数及术后留置胃管护理满意度等情况。结果:两组非计划性拔管、置管失败、手术后焦虑指数、留置胃管护理满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理及生理舒适护理可减轻患者的焦虑状态,提高患者胃肠减压的耐受性、依从性。Objective:To evaluate the effect of psychological and comfort nursing on gastrointestinal decompression of the patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:107 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=51) and experimental group(n=56). The routine nursing care was provided for the patients in the control group and the psychological and comfort nursing was taken in the experimental group. The rate of failure indwelling gastric tube and unplanned stubbs gastric tube,anxiety index before and after surgery,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The differences in the comparison of each indicator of the rate of failure indwelling gastric tube and unplanned Stubbs gastric tube,anxiety index before and after surgery,nursing satisfaction were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological and comfort nursing can relieve anxiety state and improve the patients’ gastrointestinal decompression tolerance and compliance.
