摘　　要：本文通过对我国城乡居民肉类消费水平和消费结构变动特征的全面分析,综合考虑当前经济发展形势,对我国未来肉类消费趋势进行了分析和展望。Through the comprehensive analysis on the changes of urban and rural resident＇s meat consumption quantity and structure, taking into account the current situation of China＇s economic development, the future trends of our country＇s meat consumption were analyzed and prospected.
