摘  要:利用NaOH对竹青和竹黄进行化学处理,并对处理前后所压制板材的相关性能进行对比。结果表明:处理过程中脂肪酸及脂肪类能发生皂化反应而生成脂肪酸钠盐,而且NaOH可以去除SiO2。处理后竹篾所压制的板材比未经处理所压制板材的弹性模量和静曲强度均有所增加,密度变化较小。无论Ⅰ类剥离率还是Ⅱ类剥离率都有较大的降低,表明化学处理后板内竹篾之间的胶合强度得到了提高,并且胶合性能对板材强度的提高要大于由于化学处理造成的强度损失。利用红外光谱对化学处理前后竹青、竹黄的化学成分进行分析,进一步证实,处理后竹青、竹黄的脂肪类物质减少,SiO2含量也同时减少。The outer and inner kins of bamboo were treated with NaOH respectively, and the related performance of the panels manufactured with the outer and inner kins of bamboo before and after treatment were compared. Test results indi- cated that the MOE and MOR of the panels which made up with treated bamboo strips were higher than untreated, and density changed a little. No matter I or U kind of stripping rate reduced significantly. It indicated that bonding per- formance of bamboo skin treated with NaOH was better than untreated one. Above all, the improvement of mechanical performance which caused by the improvement of the bonding performance was higher than strength loss caused by chem- ical treatment. The chemical composition of outer and inner skins before and after treatment was analyzed with FTIR, and the analysis result verified that the content of fatty substances and SiO2 were both reduced after treatment.
