摘　　要：针对雷达电子侦察多样化技术与能力需求,结合雷达电子侦察技术发展的主要方向,重点围绕情报侦察与信号侦察的差异性、系统灵敏度设计、截获概率设计以及体系对抗能力设计等核心问题,提出了若干设计思想和技术方法,并阐述这些技术方法的实现过程和应用价值。Aiming at diversity of radar electronic reconnaissance technologies and requirements for its capability, some design ideas and technical approaches are presented according to core issues like difference between intelligence reconnaissance and signal reconnaissance, system sensitivity design, interception probability design and system - of- systems countermeasure capability design, combining major development aspects of radar electronic reconnaissance technology. And finally, implementing process and its application value of these technologies are stated.
