摘 要:提出了一种基于波导四路功分/合成器和波导—微带探针过度相结合的空间功率合成方案。使用波导定向耦合器实现双层两路合成器的紧凑连接,提高合成通道间的隔离度,减小合成链路间的耦合干扰。采用四只GaAs MMIC功放芯片,制作出高效率毫米波放大模块,在34GHz~36GHz频率范围内实现连续波15W饱和功率输出,合成效率高于95%,功率附加效率大于20%,在Ka波段实现了高效功率合成和大功率输出。A scheme for spatial power synthesizing on basis of combining waveguide 4 - way power divider/synthesizer and waveguide - to - microstrip probe transition is presented. A waveguide directional coupler is utilized in scheme to implement compact connection of dual - layer double - way synthesizer and increase isolation between synthesizing channels and to reduce coupling interference between synthesizing links. Four pieces of GaAs MMIC power amplifier chips are used to build high efficiency millimeter wave amplifying module to implement 15W of continuous wave saturation power output within frequency range of 34GHz -36GHz. Its synthesizing efficiency is more than 95% , the power additional efficiency is more than 20% , so high efficiency power synthesizing and high power output can be implemented in Ka -band.
