摘　　要：文章论述了顶吹氧电炉冶炼新工艺的技术特点、工艺流程、钢水终点状况和工艺指标。该工艺结合了电炉的电极加热技术和转炉的顶部吹氧技术,并采用了新装备以解决电炉冶炼原料结构多样的问题,更好地适应了大比例加入铁水的冶炼情况,为电炉冶炼提供了新思路。In the article, the technical characteristics, technological process, conditions of molten steel at end point and process indexes of new electric arc furnace smelting process with oxygen top blowing are discussed. This process combines the technology of heating electrode for electric arc furnace with top oxygen blowing for converter and is with new equipment to solve the problem of various structures of raw materials for electric arc furnace smelting,which could better adapt to the smelting situations of adding more hot metal and provide new idea for electric arc furnace smelting.
