摘  要:利用陶瓷纤维材料耐高温、热稳定性好、导热率低、比热小及耐机械震动等优点,对高温热处理箱式电阻炉进行炉衬改造,将原有的耐火砖结构改为含锆陶瓷纤维模块结构,以提高炉体的保温隔热效果,从而降低能耗、节约能源,同时有效提高产品质量。In the article,it is introduced the lining in box - type resistance fumace with high temperature heat treat- ment is transformed based on such advantages of ceramic fiber materials as high temperature resistance, good thermal stabili- ty, low thermal conductivity, low specific heat and mechanical shock resistance. The effects of thermal insulation could be improved by transforming the original firebrick structure to the module structure of ceramic fiber containing zirconium so that the energy consumption could be reduced ,energy could be saved and product quality could be improved.
