摘　　要：在生产N80Q钢级套管过程中,出现外折缺陷,对管体的化学成分及气体含量进行了检验,利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对其进行微观分析表明,夹杂物是引起外折的主要原因;并对夹杂物做定性分析,找出其来源,提出相应的改进措施。In the productions of N80Q casings, there is outer fold. The chemical composition and gas content of the steel are tested as well as the microanalysis is with metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main cause of outer fold is inclusions and their sources are found out by qualitative analysis as well as the relative improvement measures are proposed.
