摘　　要：在分析国内外P&ID设计相关标准的基础上,针对港口散货装卸工艺的特点,明确P&ID设计内容,规范P&ID图例,提出适应国际工程要求的港口散货装卸工艺P&ID设计及工艺系统安全性评价分析方法。On basis of the analysis on corresponding standards in some countries on Process and Instrument Diagram （P＆ID） design, and the specification of the P＆ID design content and its diagrams according to the characteristics of the bulk cargo handling process in port, this paper puts forward a P＆ID design for port bulk cargo handling process that can meet the international engineering requirements, and a process system safety evaluation analysis methods reference from Hazard Operational Analysis.
