摘　　要：面对神华黄骅港务公司提出的建设智慧港口的目标,生产部门和设备保障维修中心决定借助信息化手段,建设生产管理系统,提升生产管理水平,实现设备利用最大化、生产有序化、管理精细化。本系统找准生产管理信息化中存在的问题,以生产部门和设备保障维修中心业务流程和用户需求为牵引,从需求分析、系统体系结构、系统软件模块、数据库模型、系统实现5个方面进行了描述。经实际使用,该系统具有良好的灵活性、稳定性和可扩展性。To the goal of constructing intelligent port proposed by Shenhua Huanghua Port Liability Company, the production section and equipment maintenance center decided to build a production management system, to enhance its pro- duction management level, and to implement the maximum utilization of equipment, the production well in order, and the lean management by means of the information technology. Based on the accurate analysis on the problem in the informatiza- tion of production management, this system, by pull of business process flow from production section and equipment main- tenance center and driving from user requirement, provides five functions in terms of requirements analysis, system archi- tecture, system software module, database model and system implementation. The application of this system shows that it has good flexibility, stability and extensibility.
