摘  要:利用辽宁兴城退役铀矿山废矿井的+43m中段处置退役的镭厂低放废物。对该处置设施基本情况、需处置的废物来源、整备设施及运输、废物处理处置方法及环境影响进行了分析。该处置设施已接受8 747m^3废物、尚有2 000m^3的容量空间,待剩余空间接受其他来源的废物后实施处置场封闭。Low level radioactive wastes result from a radium mill waste and 137Cs residual pollutant generated by the production of 137 Cs source in Xingcheng radium mill located in Liaoning Province. The wastes were disposed in + 43m level of abandoned Xingcheng uranium mine well. The source of the wastes, conditioning and transportation of the disposal facility, waste disposal process, and environmental impact are analyzed. Total volume and weight of the waste filled in the + 43m level of the uranium mine well are 8747m3 and 13080t respectively. Total activity is 138.23GBq. There is 2000m3 space left yet up to now. The outlet of the tunnel will be sealed after the remaining space is backfilled by other low level radioactive wastes.
