摘　　要：传统的理工科优秀研究生奖学金评定体系存在三大缺失:一是重结果评定轻过程评定,二是重工具评定轻区别评定,三是重工具程序轻教育引导。要克服传统评定体系的缺失,关键是构建以育人为核心的理工科优秀研究生奖学金评定体系,并遵循过程性与结果性、特殊性与统一性、科学性与价值性并存的构建原则,评定体系要以塑造学生科学精神、培养科研能力、鼓励全面发展为目标。There are three problems in traditional scholarship evaluation system for science and eagineering postgraduate. The first is,more attention is paid on the result than the process. The second is,standard of scholarship evaluation is rigid. The third is, an educational guide target is unclear. To solve these problems, the key is to build a scholarship evaluation system which finds a balance to shape postgraduates＇ scientific spirit,to develop research ability,to encourage comprehensive development.
