摘  要:介绍了机载干涉合成孔径雷达地形测绘的工艺流程和方法,分析了机载干涉合成孔径雷达测制的1:10000数字高程模型(DEM)、数字正射影像图(DOM)、数字线划图(DLG)数字测绘成果的平面和高程精度。讨论了影响数字高程模型(DEM)高程精度的因素,统计分析了机载In-SAR困难地区的平面和高程精度。统计结果表明,采用自主研发的机载干涉合成孔径雷达系统测制的数字高程模型、数字正射影像图、数字线划图,满足1:10000国家规范的精度要求;由于机载InSAR系统不受天气影响,有效地弥补了航空摄影测量受制于天气的不足,因此具有即时飞行、成图周期短的优势。The process and method of topographic mapping based on airborne Interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR) is described. The elevation and plane accuracy statistics of digital elevation mod- el ( DEM), digital orthophoto map (DOM) and digital line graphic (DLG) based on airborne InSAR is analysed. Many factors influencing DEM' s elevation are discussed. The accuracy statistics of difficult ar- ea' s plane and elevation is analyzed. The statistical results show that the accuracy of elevation and plane of 3D that is produced in sacle of 1 : 10 000 based on China' s independent research and development airborne InSAR can meet the accuracy requirements. The airborne InSAR system is not affected by the weather, effectively compensate for the lack of aerial photogrammetry due to weather, so it has advantage of instant flight and short mapping period.
