摘　　要：针对我国政绩评估机制的主要缺陷,提出了面向科学发展的政绩评估机制优化路径,包括构建科学的政绩评估指标、推进政绩评估主体多元化、建立健全政绩评估操作程序、建立健全政绩评估结果应用机制、加快推进政绩评估法制化进程等。This paper implements the scientific outlook on development, a correct view of political performance and a per- formance evaluation mechanism must be firmly established and adhered to. The main drawback includes unscientific indica- tors, unscientific assessment procedures and so on. An optimal path on the performance evaluation mechanism for scientific development can be raised depending on the main drawback.
