摘　　要：从理论上阐述了我国推行创业风险投资引导基金的机理,考察了我国西部地区创业风险投资引导基金的现状及存在问题,对西部地区创业风险投资引导基金的进一步发展提出了相应的对策。This paper analyzes the implementation mechanism of the venture capital guiding fund, examines the current situ- ation and problems of the venture capital guiding fund in Chinese western region, given a few recommendations on how to further develop the guide fund in the western region.
